Develop the coach. Shape the Leader. Create the Room.

Learn to lead conversations that bring greater clarity, agency, and understanding.

Whether you’re coaching a client, developing a program or masterclass, teaching, or leading a team, learning to hold space while believing the best in the people in front of you changes how you show up

Coaching Beyond the Toolbox

A three-week intensive starting October 6th. We are diving deeper into our coaching concept and what it means to hold space. Beyond the Toolbox is launching its first round, and you don’t want to miss it.

This is a 6-week course squished into a three-week intensive so you can gather what you need to finish 2026 strong.

Need a 1:1 Coach?

You got the certification, and now you have to show up and do the thing.

Maybe you’re sitting across from a coaching client. Maybe you’re staring at the blinking cursor on your brand new “coming soon” website.

Having the tools, education, and certification is only part of the work. Great coaching creates space for people to see the bigger picture. Holding the tension between the “problem” and the potential way forward is part of what we do as coaches.

What happens when you feel pressure to fix it, get the breakthrough, or prove you know what you’re doing? What happens when they get emotional, push back, check out, or misunderstand? What makes a session a success?

This is the work I love the most. I love it because I’m still doing the work myself, and because becoming a good coach and leader isn’t about reaching the point where you never question yourself. (Confidence is an action, not a feeling!) It’s about learning what to do when uncertainty, pressure, or your need to help enters the room.

Great coaching is:

  • Leading, not controlling.
  • Authenticity, not oversharing.
  • Tension, not rescuing.
  • Questions, but not assuming.
  • Direction, not agenda.
  • Responsibility TO, not FOR

This is the kind of coaching I do with coaches.

We can work on the session in front of you, but we can also work on what you’re noticing, what you’re carrying, where you’re getting stuck, and what makes it harder to trust yourself and the process.

We learn to trust the tools you already have in your toolbox, while developing your capacity to hold space for the person in front of you and trust the process.

Bring your whole self

Together, we’ll notice what’s creating the “static” in your mind when you coach.

Maybe its:

  • A session you can’t stop thinking about.
  • A client who pushes back or shuts down.
  • Someone else’s emotions.
  • Your own emotions.
  • The pressure to get a breakthrough.
  • Not knowing what question to ask next.
  • Knowing when to step in—and when to let your client wrestle with something themselves.

You don’t have to get rid of the uncertainty to become a more grounded, present coach.

Create the Room

I’ve spent the better part of the last 20 years in leadership.

I’ve led from uncertainty, looked for agreement before moving forward, and searched the crowd for proof of my value. (People pleasing at its finest!)

I’ve also made the excuses, gotten it wrong, and had to take hard responsibility.

But along the way, I’ve learned that good leadership cannot exist without good character.

Good character requires integrity—and integrity is built through aligned action, radical responsibility and the willingness to show up teachable and honestly examine how we show up.

show up -> take responsibility -> grow in integrity -> build character -> lead well
